CAUTION: This function will be deprecated and replaced by
WasmEdge_ConfigureSetRunMode() API in the future. Use
WasmEdge_ConfigureSetRunMode(Cxt, WasmEdge_RunMode_Interpreter) instead.
This function is thread-safe.
\param Cxt the WasmEdge_ConfigureContext to set the boolean value.
\param IsForceInterpreter the boolean value to determine to forcibly run
WASM in interpreter mode or not. Passing false is a no-op.
