Set the run mode for module execution.
Selects the engine used to execute a WebAssembly module: interpreter
(default), JIT, or AOT. Only WasmEdge_RunMode_AOT will load AOT custom
sections from universal WASM, or dlopen shared-library WASM artifacts;
in the other modes, AOT data is ignored, and shared-library inputs are
re-loaded as plain WASM after extracting their embedded bytes.
This function is thread-safe.
