The caller owns the object and should call WasmEdge_ExecutorDelete to delete it.

\param ConfCxt the WasmEdge_ConfigureContext as the configuration of Executor. NULL for the default configuration. \param StatCxt the WasmEdge_StatisticsContext as the statistics object set in Executor. The statistics will refer to this context, and the lifetime should be guaranteed until the executor context is deleted. NULL to disable statistics.
